Goods of proper quality

Under the RA Law on Consumer Rights Protection, non-food goods of proper quality can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase if unused, with original appearance, packaging, labels, complete set and proof of purchase. Goods listed as exceptions in the law are excluded.

Defective goods

If a defect is found within the warranty period, you may request free repair, replacement or a refund as provided by law. If needed, the item is sent to a service centre for inspection.

How to return

1) Call +374 94 55 25 79 or write to [email protected] with your order number.

2) Bring the item to the store or arrange a courier visit.

3) After inspection, the money is refunded by the original payment method (card, Idram or cash).

Refund timing

The refund is processed after the item is received and inspected, and no later than the period set by law. Crediting to a card follows the bank’s timeline (usually 3–10 business days).
