Terms of Sale (Public Offer)

1. General

This document is a public offer by InnovTech (the Seller) to sell the goods presented on innovtech.am (the Website). By placing an order and ticking “I agree”, the Buyer accepts these terms.

2. Goods and prices

Prices are in Armenian drams (֏) and include VAT where the Seller is a VAT payer. Prices in other currencies are for reference only; payment is made in AMD only. Photos may differ slightly from the actual product. The Seller may change prices, but the price of a confirmed order does not change.

3. Placing an order

The Buyer selects goods, enters name, phone and address, chooses a payment method and confirms the order. The Seller confirms the order by phone or message. If an item is out of stock, the Seller informs the Buyer and offers a replacement or refunds the amount paid.

4. Payment

Payment methods: cash on delivery, card in store or to the courier, installment, and online — by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, ArCa) or Idram. Online payment is available for accessories only and for orders up to 300 000 ֏; laptops, monitors, smartphones and tablets are paid on delivery or in store. See “Payment & Security”.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and terms are listed on the “Delivery” page. On receipt the Buyer checks the appearance and completeness of the goods.

6. Returns and warranty

Returns and exchanges follow the RA Law on Consumer Rights Protection — see “Returns & Exchange”. The warranty period is shown on the product page or warranty card.

7. Liability and disputes

Disputes are settled by negotiation, failing which in the manner established by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, which govern these terms.
