Payment methods

• Cash on delivery.

• Bank card — in store or to the courier.

• Installment — up to 48 months.

• Online — Visa, Mastercard, ArCa card or Idram.

What can be paid online

Online payment is available for accessories (cables, chargers, headphones, mice, keyboards, bags, etc.) for orders up to 300 000 ֏. Laptops, monitors, smartphones, tablets and other high-value electronics are paid on delivery, in store or by installment. If your cart contains such an item, the online payment option is not shown.

Currency

All payments are made in Armenian drams (AMD).

Card data security

When paying by card you are redirected to the bank’s secure payment page (Ameriabank). Card details are entered only on the bank’s page, transmitted over an encrypted (TLS) connection and are never stored on our website or servers. Payments are confirmed with 3-D Secure (SMS code or banking app). Idram payments are processed within the Idram system.

Cancellation and refunds

Before dispatch you can cancel an order by calling +374 94 55 25 79 or writing to [email protected]. Online payments are refunded to the same card or Idram wallet. We process the refund within 3 business days; crediting to the card follows the bank’s timeline (usually 3–10 business days).

If the payment failed

Check your card balance and online-payment permission, or choose another method. Your order is kept and we will call you.
